The mission of Foster Assessment Center & Testing Service, Inc. (FACTS) is to provide professional vocational assessment services to assist our clients in successful career development. Our clients are individuals who may lack education or basic skills that have been referred due to their economic status, disabilities, or employment barriers. Our focus has always been to treat the client and the referring agency as our customer. We try to be flexible, cost effective, and provide highest level of quality possible. Assessment services are generally at a critical juncture in a career transition, and a quality vocational assessment can lay the proper foundation for setting a strategy towards employment.
