DOWNSIZING / RELOCATING SERVICES

 

Foster Assessment Center & Testing Service Inc. (FACTS) provides vocational assessments and career guidance for laid-off workers from companies that are downsizing or relocating. These services often co-funded through government grants are often conducted "on-site" at an employer's location.

 

A wide array of hundreds of testing instruments are available for use by our staff to assist in determining vocational interests, aptitudes and skills of the workers.

 

Our staff's experience with analyzing transferable skills at the employee worksite is also of great benefit when determining employment goals with laid-off workers.
