Extensive feedback is solicited regarding our evaluation process from both referring counselors and case managers. Summary feedback reports and analyses are generated annually for specific programs and regions and are available for review upon request.

 

We are very proud of the results from referral sources and participants. A summary of feedback forms from several thousand referral sources and participants in our evaluation process indicate the following:

 

      97 % of all respondents found the evaluation a valuable experience

      99 % were satisfied with the results of their evaluation

      99 % of referral sources received their report in a timely manner

      99 % were satisfied with the vocational recommendations and findings
