Foster Assessment Center & Testing Service Inc. (FACTS) initially began work with Chapter 31 disabled Veterans in 1994. We provide an in-depth assessment of skills, aptitudes, abilities, physical tolerances, and ability to benefit from vocational rehabilitation services to thousands of Veterans who have served our country.

 

It is the opinion of FACTS that each individual veteran is entitled to the utmost in efficiency, quality and accountability. Feedback from almost all veterans has indicated that their experience with FACTS has not only been enlightening but also helpful in their overall return to the labor market.

 

Services for Disabled Veterans include:

 

       Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) 5 days

       Computer Aptitude Assessment (CAA) 1 day

       Learning Disability Evaluation (LDE) 1-2 days
